No. Try a numerical computation package like Matlab, Octave, Sage, etc.

Yes it does - but this enhancement hasn’t made it to the main trunk yet.

Or try the class PolynomialOver<ModularArithmetic> as-is.

Of course, other recommendations (Sage, NTL, etc) stand.
